I cherish the notion of the Savior taking time to sit with the flowers, recognizing their beauty and their role in this life. His hand outstretched towards them, the other giving thanks in his heart, paints a serene image. Flowers, with their vivid beauty, brighten everything around them, yet they can be easily overlooked and forgotten. But with Christ, all things are seen. As it is with us - we are never forgotten. We are never overlooked. We are loved, seen, and appreciated by the One who died for us. I've titled this painting "The Tender Love of Christ."
