We want you to love your art and feel confident in every purchase. Each piece we create is crafted with care, and we want your experience to be just as meaningful as the art itself.
Custom Orders
Because every custom piece is made specifically for you, we’re unable to accept returns or exchanges on customized art. However, if your artwork arrives damaged or there’s an error on our part, please reach out within 7 days of delivery and we’ll make it right—whether that means a replacement or repair.
Standard Products
For our ready-made (non-custom) art pieces, we gladly accept returns or exchanges within 30 days of delivery. Simply contact us and include:
• Your order number
• A brief description of the issue or reason for return
• A photo if your item was damaged in shipping
We’ll walk you through the process and help ensure you’re completely happy with your art.
